Our residence

The erasmus in cadiz residence is located in Calle Montañes on the corner with Palillero Square. Thus, it located in the middle of the lively downtown area, surrounded by stores, movie theater, and tapas bars.

Your accommodation will be 10 minutes away from UCA Campus. The residence is on a three story recently renovated neoclassic building. A Banco Santander Office occupies the first floor so our tenants only work through office hours.

The second and third floor are for the exclusive use of our students. The second and third floor have 8 rooms each, distributed in single and some double rooms, a family room, kitchen, washing machine and laundry area. All rooms have natural light, window and Wi-Fi Access.

Common areas are maintained on a weekly basis by our cleanning staff. We also have a live-in staff member who is there to aid/help you in anything you might require.
